most of you have been deeply disturbed by what happened in mumbai. its gud. ur thinking. thinking is always gud. but

i'm sorry, i'm going to shatter a few of your beliefs here. true this is gonna be kind of a callous post. but the point is i want u to think about what i'm saying. give it a thought. thats all i'm asking.

u tell me [ and not talking about the anon who left the comment. am saying in general many ppl did ], u tell me that ur disturbed. it has left u confused and frustated and feeling helpless. the attacks in mumbai. ur worried about ur families, ur friends, the ppl in general. the world etc etc

why? why are u disturbed now?
where were u when they reported that there are millions of children dying of aids in africa. also in india
whee were u when ppl were killed by religious nuts around the world.
when millions of acres of trees are illegally cut, burnt, destroyed.
when endangered species are poached by greedy ppl
when elephants are killed for their tusks. don't tell me u've never ever bought a leather item or something made from an animal.
don't tell me u don't eat animals. [ btw its ridiculous that animals were made for men. so mebe YOU are made for me to mock ?? ]
why are u not losing sleep over the poor person who lives behind ur grandma's house in ur village??

why do the attrocities committed by the indian politicians not disturb you?

i'm not saying that certain ppl haven't suffered loss. yes they have. but how is their loss different from another's???

i read about ppl getting angry in mumbai and i feel revulsion. what the heck were they doing all this while???
i hear arguments about how the Pak gov cannot control the terorists and how the pak ppl are actually gud. not all muslims are extremists. then wtf are the moderates doing??? [ pardon my french ] why were they silent for the last 30 yrs?? 50 yrs??

if u from india. tell me have u ever given a bribe??
have u ever thrown trash on the street ?
have u ever bought anything from a kid selling stuff at a traffic light??
have u burst fire crackers?have u pee'd in public??
have u wasted food? clothes? money? do u drink? smoke?
wasted ur parents money on junk ???
do u pay 500 bucks to see a movie?have u corrected someone when they did any of these things???

how come your disturbed NOW??

u want to be disturbed. i'll give u things to think about.
women, children, animals, trees, entire species, oppressed ppl, ppl who have nothing to eat [ some might even be from afghanistan ], sick ppl, handicapped ppl.
tell me. do u think about them all?

and what do u do about it??
do u discuss it?? who do u discuss it with?
do u do anything to help ? do you have more money than you need? what do u do with it??

are u wrong to care about the ppl in mumbai?? i don't know. what do i know?? nothing.
is it wrong to have ambition? guess not. but while ur throwing away the rotten vegetables from your refrigerator, or use plastics for ur groceries, do u think about the impact it has???

bout 50 million don't have fresh drinking water. that number may be completely bogus. but if there is even 10 ppl. how could you NOT BE DISTURBED???

i'm not belittling ur concern. congratulations. u have taken the first step in atleast thinking about some of the problems. thousands mebe millions don't even bother to think about it. i just have one question.
